When Wedoio needs access to your Uniconta account, to setup or investigate errors, we use a specific Uniconta "Support" user that should be added you your Uniconta.
It's free of charge to add this Support user to your Uniconta.
Go to Company > Userrights > Administer Users
In the topmenu select "Add user"
In the window select "Exsisting" and add the Login-Id "Support", and set the Userrights to Full, and accept by pressing "OK".
Now the user are created.
